Do you provide climate controlled storage and when would it be necessary?

Yes, we provide both climate controlled and non-climate controlled units. Climate controlled storage units keep items at a constant temperature. Extreme temperatures (either cold or hot) can cause damage to some items including, antiques, electronics, photographs, artwork and more. If you are concerned about possible environmental damage to any of your belongings, a climate controlled unit may be an option.

What is the length of the lease that I am required to sign?

We offer month to month leases and customers with long-term storage needs can pre-pay twelve months and receive a 10% discount or prepay six months for a 5% discount.

Is my price guaranteed for as long as I rent?

We guarantee that your price will be in place for at least 6 months from your move-in date.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

Yes or you can purchase a lock from us.

What security measures do you take to protect my stuff?

The entire property is fenced in with electronic gates with coded access for entry and exit. In addition to your locked storage unit, the facility is well-lit, with full video surveillance.

Do you have any moving equipment available for use when I move my belongings in or out?

Yes, we provide moving carts, hand trucks and dollies to customers who are moving their storage items.

Do you accept packages on customers’ behalf?

Yes, we offer package acceptance for our customers at no charge.

What other fees or costs are there at move-in?

We do not charge an administration fee or cleaning fee and there are no taxes added to our prices.

How much notice do I have to provide when moving out?

We ask for at least three days notice in advance.

Can I change to a different size unit after I have already moved my belongings in?

Absolutely, we make changing units easy and stress free. Our facility manager will be able to help you with the transition.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products?

Yes, we offer a full assortment of moving supplies including boxes, protective wrapping, tape, TV covers and moving and towing supplies.

Do you provide truck rental?

Yes, we are an authorized U-Haul dealer with many different-sized vehicles to choose from to meet your moving needs.

How do I make payment?

We provide auto-pay services that will charge your credit card on the same day each month or you can pay by check or cash.
